Patoka Capital Completes Sale of Theater Assets
NEW ALBANY, IN – March 29, 2019 – Today Patoka Capital LLC, a Southern Indiana based private investment firm, announced the completion of a sale-leaseback transaction with EPR Properties (Ticker: EPR).
The transaction included a sale of the real estate of four current Xscape Theatres located in Brandywine, MD, Cincinnati, OH, Louisville, KY, and Riverview, FL. The theaters will continue to operate under the Xscape flag, which is a subsidiary of Patoka Capital.
“We have been pleased with the strong performance of these theaters,” notes Patoka Managing Director Chance Ragains. “The proceeds from this transaction will allow us to reinvest in our on-site operations teams as well as seek out new expansion opportunities.”
