Xscape Theatres

Xscape Theatres is a New Albany, IN-based, motion picture exhibition company. Xscape has set the standard for first-class entertainment offering wide-body reclining seats and digital projection in all auditoriums. Xscape currently operates theatres in Brandywine, MD, Cincinnati, OH, Louisville, KY, Riverview, FL, Katy Fulshear (Houston MSA), The Woodlands (Houston MSA), and the newly-opened location in Jeffersonville, IN.

Cyber sciences

Headquartered in Murfreesboro, TN, Cyber Sciences is a leading manufacturer of high-quality precision timing products for monitoring and control of electrical distribution systems for data centers, hospitals, microgrids, and other critical power facilities. Cyber Science’s products are made in the USA, designed and certified to global standards, and can be found in operation on six continents.

Wild Eggs

Wild Eggs delivers innovative dishes that offer a fresh, contemporary approach to traditional breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The first Wild Eggs opened in Louisville, Kentucky in 2007. Since then the company has expanded its locations to include company-owned and franchised stores in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee.


CityLights is a luxury condominium development project located in the heart of Nashville. Patoka Capital invested with Meeks + Partners, a Houston-based firm that has developed a diversified scope of properties worldwide.

Affinity Tampa

This $45 million dollar project consists of 291 Class A for-rent multifamily units, developed within five elevator-serviced, four-story buildings located within the Tampa, FL MSA. Each building is a fully enclosed, secure, air-conditioned structure with facilities including a freestanding clubhouse that offers a variety of amenities along with a resort-style swimming pool.

Legacy Ridge

Legacy Ridge is a 68-bed memory care community located in Gainesville, VA, which broke ground in Spring 2019. Patoka Capital invested in the construction and development in partnership with Dillin LLC, a specialist in master-planned, mixed-use senior living communities.

The Athenaeum & Peregrine's Landing

The Athenaeum is a 14-unit boutique Victorian-style assisted living facility located in a historic preservation district in Skaneateles, NY. Originally constructed in 1863 and converted to a fully staffed healthcare facility in 2007. Peregrine's Landing at Cheektowaga is a 112-bed facility providing assisted living and memory care services located near Buffalo, NY.

Capture Higher Ed

Capture is a leading innovator of marketing platforms and solutions for higher education recruitment and enrollment management. Located in Louisville, KY, Capture offers marketing automation and AI-powered predictive modeling, allowing higher education to engage students, drive admissions, and improve student retention.

Commerce City

Patoka invested in the acquisition of 16 acres of land in Commerce City, CO, to be developed by our partner MMI Development. The project is slated to create a 315-unit apartment complex plus several retail and office build-to-suit units.

Metro Answering Service

Metro Answering Service has been family-owned and operated for over 40 years. They provide services both local and national. Their core business is in Indianapolis, Louisville, and Southern Indiana. Their Bilingual Professional staff are trained to provide excellent customer service. They provide telephone answering and secretarial services. Unlike other answering services, they have not expanded to telemarketing, so they can focus on business services and not sales.

Valley View Land

Valley View Land, Inc. is the owner of farming properties in the state of Indiana. They provide Farmers the ability to lease land for farming and agricultural purposes.

Shoppes of Henry Crossing

Located in Henry County at the intersection of Interstate-75 and Jonesboro Rd, with a traffic count of 141,850 cars a day, the Shoppes of Henry Crossing and retail center in McDonough, GA. benefits from the explosive residential growth on the East side of Interstate-75. These properties are owned and operated in conjunction with Cullinan Properties.
