Patoka Capital Completes Equity Investment In Wild Eggs
LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – Patoka Capital, a private equity investment firm, announced today that its equity investment in Wild Eggs, a Louisville, Kentucky based upscale, full service restaurant company that features innovative, contemporary dishes for breakfast, lunch, and brunch, has been finalized. “We are very excited that our partnership with Patoka Capital will provide us the opportunity to continue the development of the Wild Eggs brand in the way we’ve always envisioned.
